where all the milk collected from registered farmers and done same major tests like: Fat, SNF, Maltose, Urea, Starch, Refined.

Pasteurization

Pasteurization ensures milk safety by eliminating harmful bacteria by heating milk at 72degree and hold it for 15 seconds and then instant chilled at 4 degree.

At processing plant doing 72 adulteration tests before pasteurisation and doing some major tests after pasteurization.
